Booking Fee

To secure a booking with Tiffany, a non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required within 3 days once Tiffany has confirmed the availability of your chosen date. If no payment is received from you during this period, it will be assumed you no longer wish to proceed with the booking and the date will be released.

The booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. This is due to prospective brides being turned away for your wedding date, resulting in an immediate loss of business. It also covers the cost of administration time between Tiffany and the client. It also means that should your wedding be cancelled for any reason, the booking fee helps support the business towards loss of earnings that day. The non-refundable deposit is deducted from the wedding day invoice.

You agree that by paying your non-refundable booking fee, you are agreeing and accepting to be bound to my business terms and conditions.

This booking fee will then be deducted from your final bill which is due at least four weeks prior to the Wedding Day itself via Bank Transfer or PayPal. The confirmed numbers as agreed within the contract cannot decrease. Once you have confirmed the numbers requiring make-up within the contract, if a member of the bridal party decides that they no longer require make-up application, you will still be charged for this individual. Numbers may increase, depending on the time available during the morning of the wedding. 

Social Media and Website

Photos taken at the trial may be used as examples of Tiffany’s work for future clients to view. By signing this contract, you agree to Tiffany using these photos on her website/portfolio/social media. Photographs taken on the day will not be shared on her social media until a couple of days after the wedding or as and when you feel comfortable with Tiffany sharing. 

Illness, Incident or Adverse Weather Conditions

In the unlikely event that Tiffany is not able to attend the wedding date she will look to source an alternative Make-up Artist of a similar style, and pass on images and notes taken from the trial itself for the replacement to replicate the look. In the event that Tiffany cannot source an alternative Make-up Artist to cover, a full refund would be issued. 

Trials

Trial payments are due on the date of your trial itself.

Insurance

Tiffany has full public liability insurance to protect both herself and the client.

Liability

The client must inform Tiffany of any allergies/sensitivities/skin conditions before any services are carried out. If no known allergies/sensitivities/skin conditions are stated then Tiffany cannot be held liable for any reactions, injuries or losses.

Work requirements

  • Tiffany will require a minimum of a cleared table / flat surface to set up on, preferably near a window for natural lighting

  • Client must be able to let Tiffany in to hotel room / venue / home to set up at least 15 minutes prior to the allocated time to start make-up application. Tiffany cannot be held responsible for delays if time is lost due to not being able to access the set up area.

Cancellation

In the event the client cancels four weeks or less prior to the date there will be a cancellation fee of 50% from the final amount. If the Makeup artist cancels four weeks or less prior to the date then the client will receive back her full deposit and will be offered a replacement make-up artist. 


By paying the non-refundable booking fee, you are agreeing to and accepting Tiffany’s Terms and Conditions as stated above.
